Our shuttle service is an on-demand service, so we recommend booking to guarantee a shuttle waiting for you at your arrival or departure time. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. We will still do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
We provide transport to and from Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais airports, Paris city, Paris train stations and Disneyland. We also propose excursions to Giverny, Chateau de Versailles, the Loire Valley castles, Normandy and more. You can also arrange a customised journey; please check prices with our reservation service.
Our driver will be waiting for you at the customs exit holding a board with your name. If you do not see the driver, please call + 33 6 65 34 50 50.

From or to Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports it may take between 45 and 60 minutes depending on traffic and your destination. From or to Beauvais airport, travel time is around 90 minutes.
Yes. We only provide private shuttle services in which you are the only client, so we drive you directly to your destination.
If your flight is delayed, please contact our office once you land on + 33 6 65 34 50 50. We always check flight schedules and may already be aware of delays. If your scheduled shuttle has left, we will send another; as we have several shuttles working you may only have to wait a few minutes.
Our shuttles are the latest models, air-conditioned and non-smoking. All can comfortably seat eight or more adults with luggage.
Luggage handling and transport is free of charge, so there is no extra cost.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your reservation with all the details about your meeting point and our phone number. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
You need to cancel or change your reservation 24 hours before your arrival time.
For international flights we schedule pick-up three hours before the flight. We can reschedule your pick-up time, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by client-requested changes.
For security reasons international flights require two hours check-in before boarding. Paris traffic can add an hour, so your pick-up is scheduled three hours before your flight.
If you arrive at the same time, make one reservation under one name and provide all the pick-up details. For departures, make the reservation under one name and one time with all pick-up places. You can also call or email us and we will create the bookings for you.
Yes, free of charge. Please state your requirement when booking and tell us the child's age so we can provide the correct seat.
It is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver.
Cash : only in Euros. Bank transfers, Payment links, Cards
We never ask for card details by email. Online payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
